A bit of Google searching led me to sgg19847's lovely short guide to Blood Money's hidden free camera mode. It even features the ability to tilt the camera side to side on the fly. I was worried I wouldn't get enough good screenshots from the game because it lacked a free camera mode in the first place; I'd say its longevity is now assured.
